Filter not working on mobile

Hello,

We recently purchased Events Calendar Pro and the Filter Addon. However, on mobile, the filter is not working at all. When you click the ‘Show Filter’ button, the filters flash for a second and then disappear, and are not displayed on the screen.

When we enable the default 2014 theme, the filter does display. However, at the same time, the calendar and header disappear all together (using the 2014 theme and all other plugins disabled).

Please help us sort out this issue.

Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out here.

I see you are using a Child Theme for Genesis and there is a strange issue that happens in Genesis that causes this.

Follow the steps outlined in this guide to fix it:

Genesis Framework & Event Submissions

See if adding that resolves the issue.

Also, on that page are other Genesis specific coding that might help to.
