It&#039;s Pro and Not Free Version"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hey<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve found that the Event Calendar Pro causes a massive resource on the server when you hit the main calendar.<br \/>\n\/events-calendar\/<br \/>\nIn fact, it takes the site out completely &#8211; and its not just us.<\/p>\n<p>We only have 64 events and no other plugin issues.<\/p>\n<p>By uninstalling Events Calendar Pro and using the free version, the resources are unchallenged and the calendar loads immediately.<br \/>\nSo the problem is clearly in the events-calendar-pro.php<\/p>\n<p>The free version &#8211; you can&#8217;t have shortcodes and woo tickets.<\/p>\n<p>Guys, please take a look and see why this would cause issues &#8211; we&#8217;ve got live clients here&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Paul<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-995633","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Excessive resources?
