CSV import option only shows if you are logged in as an admin and not as editor, contributor or author (and obviously not in subscriber). Entering the direct http address for CSV import returns a permissions error. Can you please update the code so that the option of CSV import appears for at least editors (and maybe authors or contributors also). My colleagues who help maintain the website (but do not have admin permissions) cannot use this feature.
