\nI want to buy The Events Calendar plugin, plus the Woocommerce Tickets (if needed). Before this, I want to make sure TEC is able to do what I need for my specific events setup.
\nI will describe below what kind of events we organize and what are our needs from an event manager plugin. Please be so kind and let me know which of the requirements below are met by TEC, which are not (if any), and what solutions do you see for the cases where TEC does not do out of the box some things we need.
\nWe organize 2 day seminars, in Romania.
\n1. The seminars are open for students from Romania or other countries. Thus we need to have the event pages and the registration process (forms, email messagess, invoices, error messages) in 2 different languages: Romanian and English. Is this doable with TEC? We own a WPML license, so if TEC is WPML compatible, this shouldn\u2019t be a problem.
\n2. We have several types of class participants, see below
\nNew student-Adult (14 yrs. & older):\t\u20ac 440 -\/1.945 RON (Pre-Registration) **;
\n\u20ac 475 – \/2.100 RON (Registration Week of Class);
\nNew Student-Child (birth-13years):\t\u20ac 235 -\/1035 RON;
\nReview Student-Adult (14 yrs. & older): \u20ac 205 -\/895 RON ***;
\nReview Student-Child (birth-13years): \t\u20ac 120 -\/525 RON ***;
\nWorld Wide Absentee\u2013Any I-Dentity: \u20ac 205 -\/895 RON****;
\nTraining Staff\/Approved Guest:\tNo cost.
\n2.1. We need to be able to define these different types of attendees, each with it\u2019s according ticket price.
\n2.2. We need to be able to sell the tickets and issue the invoices\/receipts in two currencies \u2013 RON and EURO. The foreign students (those selecting the registration in English) have only the option of paying in EURO, and the Romanian students (those selecting registration in Romanian) are only allowed to pay in RON. We need to issue 2 different types of invoices\/receipts \u2013 one in English and one in Romanian.
\n2.3. For the New student-Adult type of attendee, we have an early bird discount, available until a week before the class. We need to be able to set this discounted price for this type of attendee, both for the English and Romanian attendees.
\n2.4. For the first 4 types of attendees, we have the same Registration Form. For the fifth type of attendee – World Wide Absentee \u2013 we need a different registration form.
\nThe best thing for us would be if TEC would be able to meet all of our above requirements. But if that\u2019s not the case, please let me know if there are some workarounds. Like, if TEC cannot be made to work in 2 different languages\/currencies for one event, can we define 2 different events \u2013 one in English and one in Romanian (within the same website running WordPress)?
