I noticed that the drop-down menus weren&#8217;t being created on the form. I have found out that it has something to do with WordPress download manager plugin. When I deactivate this plugin the drop-down menus are working. I have activated download manager so you can see the problem and maybe find a solution.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not sure what to do from here.
