Hello, <\/p>\n

I have a site using the Community Events plugin, and we’ve run into an issue with one of our user roles submitting events. The user has every “tribe” permission on the list, but when they try to publish an event they receive a “Are you sure you want to leave this page?” warning message saying that their changes will be lost. If they continue, the event is successfully published but it’s a problem because a lot of people will choose “Stay on this page” as a gut reaction.<\/p>\n

I was able to stop this behavior by giving the user “edit_posts” permissions, but with that option turned on, the user is able to submit a draft of any post type on the site. Because we only want this user to be able to submit events, this is also not an ideal situation. <\/p>\n
