I am scheduling multiple distinct events for several days in April (22-26). Each day will contain events such as “Intercessory Prayer,” “Pastor’s Devotional,” “NatCon2015 AM Session,” “NatCon2015 PM Session.” Now, not every day is the same. For example, 4\/22 will only have a “NatCon2015 PM Session” (people still arriving), while 4\/26 will only have a “NatCon2015 AM session” (people leaving for home afterward). So, as you can imagine it just made sense to create recurring events, 4\/22-24 having “NatCon2015 PM Session” events. While 4\/23-26 having “NatCon2015 AM Session” events. There were similar patterns followed for setting up Prayer and Devotional events.<\/p>\n

Everything was coming together nicely until I save all my events and took a look at the Monthly calendar for April. Imagine my surprise when I found some days showing (apparently) double entries (see: http:\/\/reachallnations.org\/events\/<\/a>). For example on 4\/24 I see “Pastor’s Devotional” listed twice. And, they are doubled on 4\/25, except that they are in a different order. <\/p>\n

So, I click on the “View all five events” for 2\/24, and I see that all the correct events are listed for the day, except that the “Pastor’s Devotional” is listed twice because one of them is listed as an “ongoing” event at the top of the page.<\/p>\n

Clearly, it seems only natural we would like to see a way of hiding “ongoing” (duplicate) events from these views. Is there a way we can do this?
