I’ve seen a more recent post from someone else asking for the same solution we’re looking for. Why has this not been addressed yet?<\/p>\n
In the past week alone, we’ve had THREE COMPLAINTS from people registering for an event on our WordPress site where the time and time zone are listed correctly, but then get an email registration confirmation from EventBrite that states a different time. This is HUGELY CONFUSING AND PROBLEMATIC.<\/p>\n
I know I’m not the only one asking you guys to fix this or give us a way to turn off the time zone adjustment, but months later, it’s still not available. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me you have a firm date for when this is going to be fixed? Having so many people asking for the same thing should give you a hint as to how important this is. Please tell me we’ll have a solution before the end of this month? <\/p>\n

If I have to change the price of my tickets, I go into EB, change the ticket price, save and refresh my WP page. My EB ticket window will show the new price, but the price that Tribe lists at the top of the page DOES NOT CHANGE – EVER. The only way to get the price accurate is to trash the existing Tribe listing and reimport the EB event once you’ve made the price change. Otherwise, the tribe header lists the old price and the EB ticket window lists the corrected price, which, again, is confusing to anyone going to register.
