I have a customer that cannot make the event they registered for.
\nI went into the dashboard under the events\/event\/[the event name]\/attendees and clicked on the customer. I selected the refund portion of the transaction. The record shows as “refunded” but the payment was not reversed in PayPal.<\/p>\n

1.) The customer is still in the event attendees list and the ticket was also not reversed
\n2.) I don’t necessarily want to delete this customer…. but if I do, where does this record go?
\n3.) Do I need to separately refund in Paypal? I don’t ant to duplicate the refund.<\/p>\n
