It has worked in the past. However, recently when I am adding new events and try to add a ticket I click the add ticket button and the screen just jumps back to my events page at the top.  I am unable to create a ticket.  I have made sure my license keys are updated, plug-ins are up to date and any related plug-ins that I think work with this are up to date.
