I am using the Pro version to create recurring events, however, it seems it is not working the way I intend it to be. Here is my scenario. My scenario is:<\/p>\n
– One course that runs for 5 Saturdays. (It is One course, not 5)
\n– 9 AM to 6 PM
\n– Days the course will run are:
\n3rd Jan
\n10 Jan
\n17 Jan
\n24 Jan
\n31 Jan<\/p>\n
– Again, it is one course, and not 5 separate events.<\/p>\n
The way I created it is I used (recurring event) that starts on 3rd Jan, ends on 31 Jan 2015, and repeats weekly. This generates a problem. It will show this event for the complete month, on every single day; which is incorrect. <\/p>\n
If I try the (custom) option, repeats for (1) week, and select (Sat) as the day, the same problem shows.
\nIf I try the (custom) option, repeats for (4) week, and select (Sat) as the day, another problem shows.<\/p>\n
If I switch the event end date to be only for one day (i.e. 3rd Jan, rather than for the complete period which is 31 Jan), and then, using (recurring event), it will show correctly on the monthly calendar, however, the other problem is if the user clicks on 10 Jan, s\/he can not tell that this event has already started on 3rd Jan, and falsely allow him\/her to register for it though he missed one day (3rd Jan).<\/p>\n
So, how to create such event? <\/p>\n
