I go into my event, scroll down to &#8220;Tickets&#8221; and click &#8216;Add New Ticket&#8217;. I am able to fill out all the settings and save my ticket. Once I save my ticket I get a message that reads &#8220;Your ticket has been saved.&#8221; but there is no ticket above for me to edit or anything, its just blank as if it didn&#8217;t create it. I then saved the event and previewed it to see if maybe it was just a glitch in the back end, but the ticket buy button does not appear. <\/p>\n<p>This site is live and very active so unfortunately I am not able to set the theme back to the default for testing purposes. <\/p>\n<p>We need help with this ASAP as we are launching this event next week.
