It’s not a WooCommerce issue but a WooCommerce Tickets issue.

So if you have an inventory of 20 of product X, you sell 3 and refund 1 in WooCommerce and ‘increase line stock’ of the item to put the ticket back in inventory, WooCommerce will give an alert that reflects the prover inventory change. Then you can go into to the products listing and the inventory number will correctly be reflected.

But in Events -> Attendees (for a particular event), it will say ‘Sold 3 of out of 21’ instead of ‘2 out of 20’ which would reflect the proper inventory. So WooCommerce Tickets is actually improperly updating the number available while not updating the number sold.

Don’t see how this can possibly be a WooCommerce issue, unless there is a way to properly refund tickets within WooCommerce Tickets and add them back to the inventory – but don’t see that anywhere.

["post-83127","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry

Follow up to thread: Canceling tickets an stock count. -

<meta property="og:description" content="Hi, I’m seeing the same issue as in this thread: https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/canceling-tickets-an-stock-count/ I think the question was misunderstood as the statement in the ‘answer’ isn’t correct – WooCommerce deals with the inventory correctly, WooCommerce Tickets doesn’t.
