Don&#8217;t post a thread! Instead, <a href=\"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/documentation\/edd-tickets-new-user-primer\/\">check out our New User Primer<\/a> for the plugin &#8212; it features videos and written walkthroughs, both of which cover the basics of installing and using the plugin. Please review it before posting your thread here.<\/li>\n<li>When you post your System Information, please post <em>both<\/em> your System Info from Easy Digital Downloads (<em>Downloads-&gt;System Info<\/em>) and from Tribe (on the <em>Help<\/em>\u00a0tab under <em>Events &#8211;&gt; Settings<\/em>). This will help me us assist everyone faster.<\/li>\n<li>Last, but not least: we cannot provide any support for Easy Digital Downloads here on this forum.
