When someone signs up for these events through grabbing a ticket, our client only gets notified with the label of the ticket, but not which event or category the ticket is for.<\/p>\n<p>Is there a way for the client to get notified through email about which event the ticket is for? And is there somewhere the client could look to see all of the tickets plus their respective events? Maybe we should inform them to have more detailed labels for their tickets and put the event name right in the name of the ticket. Any advice is welcome.
