I tried to make a simple update on a recurring event by replacing an old featured image with a new one, then re-saving. I understand this is tricky (by reading through the forum entries). In this first case, I can no longer find the page at all, though it remains on the calendar until the end of the recurrence (2016). When trying to click on the page, nothing happens (dated permalink assigned that I cannot access). PLEASE GIVE ME A STEP BY STEP PROCESS ON HOW TO EFFECTIVELY UPDATE A RECURRING EVENT. And if you can fix these two events, I would appreciate it.
