I am a new user to Events Calendar and the WooTickets plug-in, but not to WooCommerce or WordPress. Today I installed Events Calendar and WooTickets and began to set up my first ticketed event. Immediately, I started noticing that our other WooCommerce customers (purchasing products other than tickets) were getting a message on all their receipts saying “You’ll receive you tickets in another email.” Does anyone know how\/why WooTickets would be “infecting” our other WooCommerce transactions. Is its default assumption that all WooCommerce transactions are for tickets? And most importantly, does anyone know how to fix this so that it stops happening?
