I am trying to determine for sure how venues, organizers, and events relate under the hood. My main question:<\/p>\n

Due to lack of dupe control on public submit form, I have 1000+ duplicate organizers and venues (exact post_title matches). (I know from this, https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/duplicate-venue-and-organizers-not-the-bug-that-was-fixed\/#post-51536, that dupe control is not a feature, and I followed that advice and asked for it here: http:\/\/tribe.uservoice.com\/forums\/195723-feature-ideas\/suggestions\/4136552-include-management-options-for-duplicate-venues-an)<\/p>\n

But if I go through and manually delete some of my main offender duplicates, will the existing events tied to those items become orphans or are they simply keyed by name?<\/p>\n
