Hi,<\/p>\n

I’m looking at a fairly significant implementation of WooTickets\/Event Calendar Pro, however I’ve just had a question from the client that has me puzzled. She has asked how they would manage a situation where an attendee wants to cancel their ticket and\/or reschedule\/refund<\/p>\n

From what I can tell having done some reading on the forums, there is no way to cancel an order that automatically will ensure that the ticket(s) are cancelled and names removed from the attendees list.<\/p>\n

Is this still the case? Are there any immediate plans to resolve this issues? If so are you able to provide a timeframe with any degree of accuracy?<\/p>\n

This is a bit of a deal breaker for the client so may well have to consider alternatives if there is no solution.<\/p>\n
