I followed all of the install directions in the video yet the submission form is not displaying correctly (http:\/\/familyfriendlycincinnati.com\/events\/community\/add)  What happens is that the entire form is there for a moment, until the page finishes loading, then have of the form disappears. I have searched the forums and tried all sorts of things including turning off plugins, clearing my cache, etc.  <\/p>\n<p>I am not a developer at all, just a blogger looking to allow folks to add events to her blog&#8217;s calendar.
