This essentially means the buyer gets free additional tickets on top of those he purchased, and obviously that is a no go. <\/p>\n<p>One of the Order Emails of the corresponding transaction states 3 purchased tickets but holds a PDF attachment with 6 tickets. Anyone else ran into this? We are planning to start the presale for an event this week so timing is crucial.
