The columns still exist, but the actual labels are completely gone. I deactivated the PRO plugin, and then they worked again, so it is clearly an issue with the PRO plugin. I switched themes to see if it was a theme issue, and it is not. I also deactivated all plugins to see if it was a conflict, but it was not. Seems like this is just a bug. It could be an issue with the latest release of WordPress.
