Hello,
\nWe’re having a problem with the ticket emails showing part of a HTML declaration in the visible body of the email and a fuller HTML declaration when viewing the source of the message.<\/p>\n

The ticket code seems to be including it’s own HTML to open and close the <body> even though it’s not in email.php<\/p>\n
