We&#8217;ve gotten word from a number of users that there are things that could be done to make this forum more easy to use from a customer perspective; this thread is meant to help track those.<\/p>\n<p>So: what can we do to make this forum more usable for you? Keep in mind that we&#8217;re aware of two biggies right off the bat:<\/p>\n<p>1) Email notifications don&#8217;t work 100% of the time. We know this, and have a fix waiting to be deployed (hopefully sometime next week).<br \/>\n2) There is no easy way to embed code directly into a thread. While we haven&#8217;t narrowed in on a solution yet, we are looking at our options here and will have something deployed as soon as we&#8217;ve made a decision. We realize this is a pain point for you guys, and indeed it is a headache for us when we&#8217;re trying to share code too. In the interim it&#8217;d be best to use a service like pastie.org.<\/p>\n<p>Other ideas are welcome in the comments below.
