Navigate to WooCommerce \u2013&gt; Orders on the backend. Depending on the payment method you\u2019d selected, the order you just placed will show as either Completed, Processing or On Hold.<\/p>\n<p>When the order is either Processing or On Hold, the user will receive an email confirming their order and informing them that they will receive their tickets in a future email. When the order is Completed, the user will receive an email confirming that the payment processed and their tickets will be attached.<\/p>\n<p>In most cases the merchant will need to manually verify that the payment came through so, in general, orders will not automatically progress to a completed status. This is not unique to WooCommerce Tickets however \u2013 it\u2019s actually an intentional feature of the WooCommerce platform itself.<\/p>\n<p>The good news is, this is a real easy step.
