As you can see on this page, there are three events that show up on the Map for the state of Florida. When I try to filter an event under the attribute “near” and type in “Florida”, or “FL”, no results come up. When I do this for “MA”, “Massachusetts”, “DE” or “Delaware” the events in those state do show up in the search.
