I’ve already seen that the above error has been noticed by the team at Tribe, I’m just wondering if you have any resolution yet?<\/p>\n

The trigger for this happening (and it is repeatable on the website) is that a customer completes all the mandatory fields within the ticket and then goes forward to the checkout. If they then go back in the transaction all the information they have entered is removed and they are not aware of it. There is no error checking at the checkout to show that all the mandatory fields have been completed at the ticket stage and this then means that the completed order has no details in it when we receive it. <\/p>\n

Has there been a resolution to this yet?<\/p>\n
