{"id":1614162,"date":"2018-09-05T08:32:56","date_gmt":"2018-09-05T15:32:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/recurring-tickets-problem-with-shared-capacities\/"},"modified":"2018-09-05T08:32:56","modified_gmt":"2018-09-05T15:32:56","slug":"recurring-tickets-problem-with-shared-capacities","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/recurring-tickets-problem-with-shared-capacities\/","title":{"rendered":"Recurring tickets \u2014 Problem with shared capacities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello,<\/p>\n<p>We encounter some problems with the use of recurring tickets.<\/p>\n<p>We have a recurring event (each day at the same hour), and for this event two tickets: a CHILD one \/ an ADULT one.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SHARED CAPACITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We have a maximum number of 12 tickets that can be sold for each day event; for instance: 6 CHILDS \/ 6 ADULTS; 2 CHILDS \/ 10 ADULTS, and so on.<\/p>\n<p>In order to allow this we used on tickets properties the &#8220;Share capacity with other tickets&#8221; properties putting the values to 12 for both tickets (ADULT and CHILD).<\/p>\n<p>But if this way we are able to choose indeed a maximum number of 12 tickets on the day of an event, it seems that all events on all days keep into memory the choosen values.<\/p>\n<p>For instance if we command for a given monday event 2 ADULT and 3 CHILD tickets, then for all other events, we will have a remaining of 12 &#8211; (2+3) = 7 tickets available for ADULT \/ CHILD TICKETS but on all days.<\/p>\n<p>Could you explain us what we are missing?
