I have an event with a venue capacity of 20. There are 2 ticket types, regular and concession with the shared capacity set to 20. This event has had 6 regular tickets sold, 1 concessions sold, and 1 concession ticket refunded. The refunded ticket quantity has not been readjusted.<\/p>\n
On the front-end of the event, I expect to see regular tickets available 14, and concession 19 available, which I do on page load. When trying to add a ticket, the quantity available drops to 0 available. When the ticket is removed, the available quantity goes to 1 available.<\/p>\n

Why is there 1 remaining of shared capacity? What can I do to fix this issue? This issue is happening across all events, not limited to the Advocacy Skills event<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-1602670","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry"],"yoast_head":"\n
