Any logged in user can submit an event to reserve a single resource without admin approval. Upon submission, admins on the site (or a configurable list of email addresses) should receive an email notification of the new event as should the event creator. The user\u2019s name should appear on the full calendar month view on the day(s) of their reservation. The admin should have the ability to override the event. A manager should be able to mark the resource as ready before the event takes place. The event submission form and calendar view are mobile responsive, as submitting from a mobile device is the most common use case.
