You suggested we update the plugins manually (https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/knowledgebase\/manual-updates\/). You also said that we can \u201cupdate automatically so as long as you do so from the network-level admin screens (important, because you appear to be running our plugins within a multisite network). I believe you have to do this from the network-level admin.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>It didn&#8217;t work and we are still being told we are out of installs. We have a multisite license for the Events Calendar Pro so are truly baffled. <\/p>\n<p>We are trying to launch our websites today and this is the only hold up.
