Hello, <\/p>\n

I have recently noticed that the ticket form is not displaying on sold out events, nor is there a message that the tickets have sold out. In the past, the ticket form remained visible on sold out events, and an “Out of Stock” notice would display on the form. <\/p>\n

Do you know how to show the out of stock message on sold out events? Having the form completely hidden is confusing to customers, who contact us and ask when the tickets will go on sale. <\/p>\n

I have attached a couple of screenshots of two similar events on our calendar… one with available tickets, and one that has sold out. Notice right above it we have some information about reserved seating. We need to show the ticket form below this text, even if the seats are sold out.<\/p>\n
