Their constant complaint is speed.  Especially when trying to scan QR ticket codes at an event.  We moved them from a mid-level shared hosting account to a &#8220;pro&#8221; business level account but the performance is still terrible.<\/p>\n<p>The client reports a average 90 second response time when scanning a ticket QR code at an event.  With 3000 attendees trying to enter the event, it became a nightmare.<\/p>\n<p>So I&#8217;m recommending we move to a Virtual Private Server level hosting account.  We would have access to 4GB of RAM and 4 CPU cores.
