Problem:
\nWe have a ticket item number and we want to easily find the corresponding event that the ticket is for. <\/p>\n

we are an organization that has a lot of events for the summer (100+). We offer the same event on different dates (so the ticket description is the same) but the event pages are different. <\/p>\n

we receive a payment notification from papal saying someone paid\/singed up for a event. But we are having a hard time cross referencing the ticket to the actual event. <\/p>\n

The payment receipt has the ticket item, such as Item# 2334:2349, but I can’t find a way to search our events for this number. <\/p>\n

We could put unique info into each ticket description, but since the tickets already have a unique number, this seems unnecessary. And we would have to go back to update 100+events\/tickets. <\/p>\n
