If we have not sold any tickets for the event on our website then updating the amount of tickets available is not an issue.  However if we have already taken bookings through our website then when we want to update the amount of tickets avaliable it seems to get confused.  <\/p>\n<p>For example we have 8 tickets available for a tour and we have taken 2 bookings through our website leaving 6 available.  We then take another 4 bookings through a different website and when we go to update the availability on our website it doesnt work.  We change it to say there are only 2 tickets available but it will then show the event is sold out.  I assume this is because the system thinks there are 2 tickets available minus the 2 which we have sold through the website leaving 0 tickets which is what it shows.  I then go back into the system and choose 4 tickets available assuming this will then show 2 tickets available on our website but it will show 4 tickets available.
