I will say that my client did change the permalink and since then it seems that the issue has arisen.  Here&#8217;s what the client says..<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;I received the PayPal notification, the customer did as well. But he didn\u2019t receive the ticket confirmation with the barcode. He said used the same email and got the Paypal confirmation so don\u2019t think it\u2019s an issue of wrong or misspelled email. Right now, I\u2019m checking Paypal activity to track WIP sales, my Paypal account says 4 combo tickets were bought for 6\/20 event, (8 total), and events tickets reports only 1 combo sold (see attached attendee list and Paypal order list). Also, it does not reflect these tickets sold on the website.<\/p>\n<p>This seems to be an issue with Paypal and the plugin communicating. Can we check to see if it\u2019s bc of the changed permalink? (6\/18 date changed to 6\/20?)&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do you know what this might be? Do you need login credentials to help investigate?
