We have some presale questions for our woocommerce driven ticketshop holidayboxoffice.com<\/p>\n
Currently we are using Foo events as Woocommerce add-on for ticket sales. This looked a good working solution but since our 2018 season started and extra extensions are added it shows shortcomings.<\/p>\n
What we need (technical minimum requirements) are for the follIowing configuration:<\/p>\n
* events must be added as \u2018woocommerce products\u2019. We are using the plugin \u2018products bundle\u2019 to create packages what includes multiple events (the events are woocommerce product based).
\n* the events must be orderable through the front of the webshop (what is currently no problem with Foo events) but also (required!) through the woocommerce backend. With our current plugin we discovered that this isn\u2019t possible. We can add as ticketshop admin phone orders for new ticket order through the backoffice of the Foo-events plugin. But this doesn\u2019t work for our multiple POS devices we are using (by using the Woocommerce POS pro plugin) and a dedicated developed iOS app for our streetsellers using the Woocommerce API. It\u2019s a strict requirement that we should can create a new ticket order by adding \u2018New order\u2019 in the Woocommerce backend.
\n* The sold tickets must be able to scan with a iOS app for entree control (but as far I read your website that isn\u2019t any problem)<\/p>\n
Is this all possible with your plugin and if so: can we use a demo installation or trial to test in in our staging shop?<\/p>\n
