Hi there,
\nI have a large group of students that registered for an event. Most of them did not create an account when they did so. I now need to gather more data than initially expected.<\/p>\n

I had thought the best way to do that would be to have them go back and create accounts using the same email address as they ordered, thinking that their initial order would then be tied to their account and they could go ahead and fill in additional ticket info. That doesn\u2019t seem to work as I created a new account with the same email address and it didn\u2019t seem to recognize the initial order.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the best way for me to gather the additional information from the existing (non-account) orders?<\/p>\n
