I was experiencing the same issue but fixed it in a different way.<br \/>\nI too use Hostgator for my hosting company and I too am using Woocommerce for my ecommerce platform.<br \/>\nWhen I first setup my Event Calendar Plus and Tickets Plus (more than a year ago) my tickets worked fine. Recently I have experienced a large volume of complaints saying they were not getting a receipt. Or the order receipt they were receiving did not have enough information i.e. the Woocommerce order email. I was very confused so I did a test purchased and found my tickets were no longer being sent to customers. At some point during some update there must have been a new setting added to Ticket settings that is not in the help documentation called Enable Tribe Commerce. Once I created a Payment Confirmation page with the proper shortcode and entered in my PayPal settings plus paid $29 to install an additional Woocommerce extension called Woocommerce Order Status Control everything worked.<br \/>\nFrom what I gather the ticket was not even being created unless Tribe Commerce was enabled in Ticket settings, but the order status in Woocommerce would stay in Processing, which you could have the ticket sent at the Processing stage, but I wanted to make sure the payment process was completed hence adding the extension Woocommmerce Order Status Control automatically switches the order status from Processing to Complete once the payment process has been fully processed.
