“Hi,<\/p>\n

Please help with the following issue with your plugin.<\/p>\n

On our site: http:\/\/clayplay.ro we have installed:<\/p>\n

– wp 4.9.5
\n– Event Tickets 4.6.3.1
\n– Event Tickets Plus 4.6.2
\n– The Events Calendar 4.6.12
\n– The Events Calendar PRO 4.4.24.1
\n– WooCommerce 3.2.3<\/p>\n

We have a problem with events navigation on event page (the top menu that should guide you to the next or previous event) for some of the recurring events – instead of going to the next event, the link shows and point to the first similar event in calendar.<\/p>\n

Example:
\nBecause the site is in Romanian I will give you the all the links you need with details in order for you to be able to help.<\/p>\n

1. the calendar is located to this addres : http:\/\/clayplay.ro\/programari-si-rezervari<\/p>\n

2. if you go to 13.04.2017 and access the only event there(http:\/\/clayplay.ro\/cursuri\/atelier-de-olarit-pentru-copii-8-si-adulti\/2018-04-13), in the page of the event, the top navigation menu for events, instead of showing the events on 12.04(previous) and 14.04 (next), shows only a “next event” that is an event that took place in November last year!!!!!!<\/p>\n

3. As I observed this behavior is repeating only from some of the events, not for all of them and appears only in case of some recurring events. I didn’t found any setting that could cause this.<\/p>\n

Please help with this.<\/p>\n

The other thing that I need help is a warning message that appears on event page when the event is a recurring one, on the ticket settings area : This is a recurring event. If you add tickets they will only show up on the next upcoming event in the recurrence pattern. The same ticket form will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.<\/p>\n

Please advise on this subject also because I can’t figure out if anything is wrong or not with the settings. As far as I can figure all is ok. <\/p>\n
