Hi . I have set up SMTP email with SendinBlue. as per all the advice on the net about unreliable WP PHP email! <\/p>\n
The SMTP test emails go through perfectly!
\nThe contact 7 form emails go through perfectly!
\nThe WP admin email change emails go through perfectly!<\/p>\n
The problem is, wordpress is not sending password reset emails, product purchase emails and anything else. You cannot create an account in the site, because you never get the email. <\/p>\n
You never get your Events Tickets Plus emails (even though I have all the checkboxes checked for the different emails)<\/p>\n
The woocommerce “demo store” is turned off.<\/p>\n
I got it to send exactly one purchase email receipt but now it isn’t working.<\/p>\n
I have disabled almost every plugin on the site except woocommerce, the Sendinblue SMTP plugin, events tickets plus, the credit card processing plugin and a back up plugin.<\/p>\n
Another odd thing is in the Sendinblue portal, it shows the emails as delivered! I can even view the content of the emails there.<\/p>\n
They are not in the spam folder in the email accounts<\/p>\n
I am going nuts I cannot figure out what is happening! Any advice or things to look at would be very welcome.<\/p>\n
Another red flag is that the QR code is not sending, and isn’t even a broken image tag. It is just not in the emails.<\/p>\n
