However the client then sold 10 by hand at an out-door meet. Later, he went into the ticket admin and cut the capacity down from 40 to 30 (The 10 he had sold himself). Unfortunately this didn&#8217;t work. The system didn&#8217;t take into account the 12 already sold and displayed 30 tickets available when it should have displayed 18.
