\nI am trying to get over the canceling and rescheduling a ticket for a recurring event. So far I have been able to cancel the ticket, then add a new order for the person I just canceled the ticket for, but when I go to choose a different day for the event the ticket that is selected is always for the most recent event. <\/p>\n
My solution was to break the recurring event from the series. When I do this I then have to recreate a ticket for that event, but what if someone has already purchased tickets for that event will the previously bought tickets that are associated with the recurring event disappear?<\/p>\n
Is there an easier way of doing this? I tried to edit the original order WooCommerce > Orders > Order Details. Remove the wrongly purchased item: Order items > select item > Delete lines > refresh. Then in the Order Items > Search for a product > select the event that was broken from the series > Add item(s). Actions > Reduce line Stock. Order Actions > Tickets > Refresh. But this just sends a ticket for the original order.<\/p>\n
I know the previous might be hard to follow and from other posts that I have read I have a feeling you’re going to say that this is a WooCommerce issue and to ask them, so if you could answer some of the following it would be helpful:<\/p>\n
Is there a way to select singular instances of a recurring event while manually adding an order?<\/p>\n
If an event is broken from the series what happens to the tickets for that single event?<\/p>\n
