{"id":1478535,"date":"2018-03-13T23:22:17","date_gmt":"2018-03-14T06:22:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/filter-bar-shortcode-3\/"},"modified":"2018-03-14T01:28:52","modified_gmt":"2018-03-14T08:28:52","slug":"filter-bar-shortcode-3","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/filter-bar-shortcode-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Filter bar Shortcode?!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve just purchased this product with the assumption I could use the filter bar alongside any calendar (which my understanding is that I need to use shortcodes for).<\/p>\n<p>It took me 20 minutes of searching to find out why it wasn&#8217;t just naturally showing up with the shortcode&#8230; this seems crazy that it was not more obvious that it wouldn&#8217;t be included in the calendar view except for that one default page.<\/p>\n<p>I have read you say they are on the main calendar page, but I need to have that calendar in amongst my pages. Is there a work around? It is the most upvoted feature and I don&#8217;t feel like it was a far stretch to assume it was going to be available on more than just the \/events\/ page.<\/p>\n<p>This just seems crazy. I&#8217;ve sold my client on this product based on the description and now I don&#8217;t know how I&#8217;m going to pull of what a said I could.
