I wish you would STOP FORCING ME TO A KB Article!<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, in the attachment you&#8217;ll see that for what ever reason, once again, the Recurring information is greyed out and I can not do anything with this event &#8211; I have to send it to the trash and start over. This is a CONSTANT problem, to the point that we have stopped recommending TEC top our clients.
