Back in January, we had some problems with ECPRO: https:\/\/www.screencast.com\/t\/qcq8aCrOv<\/p>\n<p>Our old webmaster said he fixed it by deleting the Pro plugin and reinstalling it.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re having the same problems again (started a few days ago around the time of your update): https:\/\/www.screencast.com\/t\/VhyMYxBZOtT<\/p>\n<p>I wanted to try deactivating and reactivating Pro before going to the lengths of deleting it.  But now that I&#8217;ve reactivated it, I can&#8217;t navigate my site &#8211; I click a link and it takes 4-7 minutes for pages to load (if they don&#8217;t time out).<\/p>\n<p>You can see from the videos that the problems are real.  But I don&#8217;t know how to fix this&#8230;. If I wanted to try deleting Pro and reinstalling it to see if that fixes it again, is there a way to do that from cPanel (given I cannot do it from the back end of WP right now)?<\/p>\n<p><strong>We need help ASAP &#8211; our entire site is being affected.
