Please download the latest version from your account.<\/p>\n<p>Whenever I enter the new license key, I still get that message. The ticketing feature was working just a month ago, AFTER I upgraded and entered this license key (which I updated BECAUSE I got this message in the first place several months ago).<\/p>\n<p>How do I get my ticket feature to work again?<\/p>\n<p>Is there a Customer Service number that I can call to have someone explain to me what I need to do to get this working properly? I am the site owner, but did not build the site and have very limited knowledge of how WordPress works.
