Right now, we are using a purchase note in WooCommerce to send the access link for an online event to the purchaser. This works, however it is confusing for buyers to have the important link on the receipt and not on the ticket. In fact, in this case, it might be better not to send the ticket at all, but just to send the receipt with the link in it.<\/p>\n

Is there another way you would recommend setting this up?<\/p>\n

I have added the snippet to remove the QR code, because that was even MORE confusing. However, if we ever do in-person events, I’ll want to turn that back on. What would be idea would be some way to check “send QR code” or “attach the following information” to the ticket.<\/p>\n
