{"id":1457853,"date":"2018-02-19T11:31:27","date_gmt":"2018-02-19T19:31:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/woocommerce-ticket-start-sale-date-and-time-not-saving-as-expected\/"},"modified":"2018-02-19T11:31:27","modified_gmt":"2018-02-19T19:31:27","slug":"woocommerce-ticket-start-sale-date-and-time-not-saving-as-expected","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/woocommerce-ticket-start-sale-date-and-time-not-saving-as-expected\/","title":{"rendered":"WooCommerce ticket Start Sale date and time not saving as expected"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hi &#8211; We&#8217;re having an issue which we confirmed on a fresh install of WP 4.9.4, the twentyseventeen theme, and the latest versions of TEC, TEC Pro, Events Tickets, Events Tickets Plus, and WooCommerce.<\/p>\n<p>When we&#8217;re creating a new event, if we create a ticket <em>before<\/em> we publish the event, the &#8220;Start sale&#8221; date\/time are not saved correctly &#8211; they revert to the current date\/time. Editing the ticket &#8220;Start sale&#8221; after the event is published works as expected, as does publishing the event <em>then<\/em> creating the ticket.<\/p>\n<p>So, steps to reproduce:<br \/>\n1. Click &#8220;Events &gt; Add New&#8221;<br \/>\n2. Enter any Event data<br \/>\n3. Click &#8220;+ New ticket&#8221;<br \/>\n4. Enter ticket details &#8211; take note of the entered &#8220;Start sale&#8221; date and time selected.<br \/>\n5. Publish Event.<br \/>\n6. After the page refreshes from publishing the Event, click the &#8220;Edit Ticket&#8221; icon by the ticket you created.<br \/>\n7. Observe saved &#8220;Start sale&#8221; date and time.<\/p>\n<p>Is this the expected behavior?
