When updating a website from an old installation of Wootickets v1.01 to the current Event Tickets Plus, the tickets are not carried over. It brings over the events, but all the tickets are missing. So, questions….<\/p>\n

  1. Is this by design, and we just have to recreate tickets?
    \n2a. If not, is it because Wootickets v1.0.1 needs to be upgraded up to 3.12.1 (last release) and THEN upgraded to Event Tickets Plus for the database to read the tickets?
    \n2b. If that is so, do I need to do any mini steps in between? Like upgrade Wootickets to v2, then v3, then v3.12.1?And the same once making the switch to Event Tickets Plus.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A step by step breakdown would be nice. And yes, I have read:

    But it doesn’t have any useful info for my issue. I would really rather not have to recreate 100’s of tickets to upgrade, if it is at all possible.<\/p>\n
